FitBots, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the owner and operator of the Fit2Me service (“Fit2Me” or the “Service”). We take the privacy and security of the personally-identifiable information (“Personal Data”) of our users (“you,” “your” or “user”) very seriously. This Privacy Statement outlines what Personal Data we may collect about you and how we may use it.
We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. Therefore, we may ask you to check this Privacy Statement occasionally to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version. If you have registered with us and provide us with your email address, we will notify you using the email address you provide of any changes where we are required to do so.

This information is used by us to administer the Service, register you for the Service, and respond to any queries or requests for information you may have.
Occasionally we may obtain sensitive Personal Data about you, for example, if you voluntarily provide information about your physical or mental health, as part of a request for information. By providing us with your sensitive Personal Data, you consent to us processing this data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement or any collection notice provided to you.
Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device as part of the browsing data to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features and remember your personalization choices. The personalization cookie files are meant to remain on your device when other browsing data is deleted.
Cookies allow you to take advantage of some of the Service’s features. If you turn off cookies, then those features may not work, or they may not work in the same manner. Cookies are also used to display particular content and to set session identifiers for visitors who voluntarily join user areas.
We may also use web beacons (also called web tags, 1x1 GIFs, and by other names), which send data from your browser back to us about how you use the Service. You may also set your browser to refuse web beacons.
Any information that is not Personal Data is “Non-Personal Data.” We use Non-Personal Data, which does not identify individuals, to monitor customer traffic patterns to the website and particular pages of the Service, as well as site usage, in order to help us improve the design and layout of the content. We may aggregate Non-Personal Data into larger data sets that show trends, but which do not identify individuals.
Your Personal Data may be made available by us to our licensors and business partners (“Partners”). We sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for example providing technical support for the systems where your Personal Data is held. They may need access to your Personal Data in order to perform their functions but will not use your Personal Data for any other purpose.
We may also disclose Personal Data in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, in response to a non-mandatory request for information made by a governmental or state body, or as part of an investigation of unlawful activity.
We may share your Personal Data with our Partners and with our FitBots affiliates (meaning entities controlled by, controlling or under common control with FitBots). However, any Personal Data stored in one country or jurisdiction would not be forwarded to another country or jurisdiction, except in compliance with current, applicable laws and regulations.
We currently provide the Service from within the United States. We store all information, including Personal Data, that we currently collect and retain on servers inside the United States. We may expand the Service to other countries in the future.
By registering with us or providing us with information, you consent to our storing and processing your Personal Data. If you are resident outside the United States or any country where we currently process your data, then your Personal Data may be transferred outside your country of origin, including to countries or jurisdictions which do not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Regardless of which country your Personal Data is held in it will be protected in line with our privacy and security policies, as outlined below.
You should note that if our business (or any part of it) is sold or transferred at any time, the information we hold, including all Personal Data, may form part of the assets transferred, although it will still only be used in accordance with the current version of this Privacy Statement.
We have in place appropriate privacy and security policies which are intended to ensure, as far as reasonably possible, the security and integrity of all our information, including your Personal Data.
Our Service is not directed to persons under age 18. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under 18, and you become aware that your young person has provided us with Personal Data or other information without your express consent, please contact us at Legal@Fit2Me.com. We will then remove the information, and we will terminate the young person’s account.
The Service is designed to allow each registered user to modify the user’s own data. In addition, if we process Personal Data about you, then you may have a right under data privacy law to request access to your Personal Data (for which we may charge a small fee) and to correct any inaccuracies.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Data by us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a subscriber of any site where this Privacy Statement is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to Legal@Fit2Me.com. Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal, even if requested.
