What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?

Aggregate Information and Non-Personal Data

Any information that is not Personal Data is “Non-Personal Data.” We use Non-Personal Data, which does not identify individuals, to monitor customer traffic patterns to the website and particular pages of the Service, as well as site usage, in order to help us improve the design and layout of the content. We may aggregate Non-Personal Data into larger data sets that show trends, but which do not identify individuals.

Who Will Have Access to Your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data may be made available by us to our licensors and business partners (“Partners”). We sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for example providing technical support for the systems where your Personal Data is held. We may share your Personal Data with our Partners and with our FitBots affiliates (meaning entities controlled by, controlling or under common control with FitBots). We currently provide the Service from within the United States. We store all information, including Personal Data, that we currently collect and retain on servers inside the United States. We may expand the Service to other countries in the future.

By registering with us or providing us with information, you consent to our storing and processing your Personal Data. If you are resident outside the United States or any country where we currently process your data, then your Personal Data may be transferred outside your country of origin, including to countries or jurisdictions which do not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
